$\dfrac{x}{m} / P = \dfrac{a}{1 + b P}$

On taking reciprocal,

$\dfrac{P}{x/m} = \dfrac{1 + b P}{a} = \dfrac{1}{a} + \dfrac{b}{a} P$

Here a, b are constants when a graph is plotted. Between $\dfrac{P}{x/m}$ and P. It is a straight line, in which slope is equal to b/a while intercept is equal to $\dfrac{1}{a}$ .
