[How To] Password protect Bookmarks on Firefox

Steps for password protecting Bookmarks on Firefox are described below on step by step procedure:

1. Install and Enable Link Password.

2. After installation, restart your Firefox.

3. Right click the bookmark which you want to protect and click on “Encrypt this link”.

4. A new window displays asking you for a password. Enter your desire password and click on “ok”.

Now, whenever a user clicks on this encrypted bookmark link, it will ask to enter a password. Through this method you can hide your bookmarks from other users running a same computer.

If you want to remove the password simply click on “Decrypt this link“.
